In essence, i have a great business model that’s working now - it’s given me time, money and placement freedom.

This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was far more interesting, intriguing and valuable than my days around the streets with all the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle as if you are in short supply of time, money, resources, by just getting shit done.
One “hack” which i use on myself - is creating a sense of urgency and accumulating i believe the worst thing that can happen basically don’t get this shit done.
The more intensity you could have within yourself, your small business that pressure drives you to either notice a degree of friction or fulfillment, either way it adds fuel to the hustling power.
Back to persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t exercise determine what lengths you're going, there is really no way it is possible to accept failure and quit, i've failed 10x a lot more than i've succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to share with how frequently you fail, but i’ll let you know now every single successful entrepreneur we have met failed more times compared to they have won, the’ve lost more income compared to what they usually make…
Hustling must be a part of your daily life, i had been very blessed but still am being surrounded by individuals who have supported me, which has also increased me believing in myself more. One time i had been talking with a pal / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a problem) and i also remember just hearing him complimenting in my hustle and i could sense in himself that he believes as to what i’m doing. (At that time, i never even met him personally!)

Having the right people surrounding you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing what's right, on the correct time.
Attaining success might not be easy, particularly when you are new and beginning, it will take a lot of dedication, focus, attention and you also must be a person that is centered on self growth. Doing work Doubly harder on myself, on my mind then i do on my business.
Mindset to approaching things is a lot more important than just the method that you take action, mindset results in creating a strategic mindset where one can harness your specific capability to create maximum results.
Success is a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster but yet most people won't ever get it, you may do, cos you're reading my damn post.

When i would be a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally came across started on this industry i needed more setbacks than a lot of people, i'd dropped outta university during my final year, relatives and buddies laughing at the fact i wish to get rich working from home…
I immediateley found myself in around $40,000 price of debt as i bought in to a $20k multi-level marketing program then proceeded a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course on the internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your degree of pain threshold will determine business energy because it means you will not be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they will.
The first 6 figures is going to be tough. Your first 7 figures is going to be tough. A 8 figures is going to be tough less then where i'm heading for now, but i possess a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i'm. Some of my challenges i face are simply so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people would not even be capable of realize it, but i use a compelling “Why” plus a vision that gets me thru the tough times. Make sure you have your own compelling future that may drive you forward even though you may think all just isn't working out.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t build your life perfect. How much of an awakening…
Does such a thing exist, on occasions when i do live events and individuals come up to me, instantly installed me over a pedestal like i’m some perfect guy, one guy even said to me i’m just like a God to him. * i needed to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. What you wear a pedestal is always gonna be over the budget.
Don’t idolise people. Because they are just people
Just because folks have some things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they are supposed to be wear something out of this world, they are still on this planet, and it’s possible for you too. After i meet immensely successful people i quickly just determine if i'd like what they have, i simply gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that event is just a journey, your trip, my journey, everyone is over a journey, i respect everyone, not just a millionaire or even a billionaire but the guy who got pitched by his uncle to become listed on Amway, or some other MLM and is wanting to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you to have the heart to step into the fierce arena of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down on anyone, unless they're shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m the same as my amazing maid links to my house using a beautiful smile to clean once per week, i simply do various things, that’s all.
Anyway returning to my point, i'm still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on which i’m i doing, how i’m i doing it, everything stuff.
You might be going to become human, therefore you will usually involve some shit not work out, personally last Half a year was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m working on my health, and my opportunity and my vision.
That’s what every day life is.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the contests, hahahah!
My entire life is not dictated by how much cash i make or perhaps the want to have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, the opportunity to post you - i want to start building schools to support orphans, i really do some things like that, but it’s insufficient i want to give more back.
You can’t profit the poor if you're one of these this piece of wisdom may be stuck with me for some time.
So long as I will be learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I understand I’m in which I have to be.
Funds are only one part of one’s life company, it’s important - but not the most crucial, well that’s debatable based on your own personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Concentrate on gaining momentum, yes - you can find programs, systems which can help you get results within 30-90 days, but not it will take you longer, so bloody stick to it.
Success isn't something you just wake up and acquire, it’s something you need to be effective your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they have problems with financial obligations and therefore are usually broke and in short supply of money, that leads to some fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for just about any business to gain momentum, but don't forget we have spent more income alone education to understand a few things i do compared to inexperienced will probably earn inside a lifetime.
This is one of the greatest killers of success and i am responsible for it too, now i recently don’t do anything whatsoever else basically can’t commit 90+ days with it.
Lesson 4 : The ability of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Each month Spending Habit
It’s don't assume all dandy-candy, Once you get the puzzles nailed down and You’ll start making a lot of money once you get momentum - yes, more money than you ever made before….
More income than all of your family, friends, cousins, relatives put together - as soon as you accomplish that, or should i say prior to deciding to do that, you must ALWAYS know this….
Always be aware of difference between Gross, Net and just how much you can re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone of up to $200,000 monthly.
It’s scary, at first it really is - you then get accustomed to it - and the only thing that matters is keeping those funds.
I’m learning a great deal about this now.
There’s an art to getting Money and even more importantly KEEPING IT. It’s easy to get a spending outta control, when you think that you have an unlimited budget, and you're simply untouchable.
Yes, i really thought that for a time. Making more millions than in the past, i thought i really could just take a seat on my ass for 6 months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - the 2 dirty sabotages of success…
I believed i’d never get lazy, and i did and it require me to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash.
How unaware of me. *SLAPS MYSELF*
Plus it fucking hurt, yes it did - i felt sick to my stomach, i needed felt robbed not because i spent a lot, but other factors which were at play….
Luckily i've a mind that i can process certain things quickly, like setbacks and challenges, and within a day, i was regarding this. Gratitude opens one's heart and prayer relives anxiety and worry for me.

I had just discovered out i just was spending $30,000 each month / £20,000 per month on stuff, stuff i've not even attempt to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
i've no clue why i was spending that, or how it accumulated so far, after Half a year of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i obtained slapped up and woken up. You can forget.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the point of why i’m in business, but i start to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now things are changing
It accumulates and is detrimental to ones success, one time i was initially a newbie and that i had made my first six figures - the initial two years the cash i'd made,i'd blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with all the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) within my Barclays Banking account. That sucked.
Going thinking though - i’ll get this to back and much more, because…
I've got a SPECIAL DEEP INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And that i understand how to market.
Still, the following year i did so just like a million bucks in sales.

That reminds me, on the topic of having money, hire competent people who can manage your numbers, you need to often be considering your numbers, each day - multiple times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team provides you with freedom, but also plenty of damn headache, stress, worry, problems if they aren’t the best person and when you aren’t the best form of person to control them.
Ultimately Delegation may be among my biggest tips for success, over a typical day i might spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email will probably be worth around $10,000 to me, therefore i invest some time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor do i desire to - i've influence during these subscribers and clients and that i respect them also much to ever outsource it might be.
A number of my subscribers have been with me at night since i would be a newbie. lol.
Five years.
Pretty much, anything else is delegated, i don’t pay my own, personal bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it absolutely was like this for the last 4 years - now i’m systemising everything much more that less folks are involved and much more is delegated.
Focus on owning a lean, mean profit machine. Cut body fat off and concentrate on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing along with your target audience.

My friend Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories i really went and hired a solid-accountant to assist you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.
That shit scared me.
This stuff are MUST DO - you’ll start growing really fast and subsequently thing you understand, you gotta handle employee payroll and shit, it can get messy.
I’ve lost a lot of cash when this, and it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. Your home is and discover.

Lesson 5 : Produce a Personality That’ll Offer you Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
More and more i’m since the Internet Marketing, business market is being more personal with all this social media marketing stuff, you can have the energy to create your personal tribe (more because a little later)
Make use of personality to increase online conversions, to draw like minded people, to cultivate your own personal tribe and cultivate them, help them succeed…
Develop yourself in to a friendly, trustable expert and advisor within your marketplace.
Atart exercising . personality - learn who to share with stories, should you aren’t funny, then discover ways to be funny, if you have crooked teeth, then get the teeth fixed, in case you are boring, learn to be intriguing and being Considering others.
They're all bits of advice i either paid to understand, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people start and get noticed of the marketplace, well i used to after i paid attention to other folks, lol, now i seriously don’t much. Attention is safe and so i remain focused on who i would like / have to serve.
As being a personality online is something i learned from Dan Kennedy in the past.
Present with folks is magical, be it online or offline, practice being PRESENT and in as soon as meaning - get off the damn Facebook and social networking and obtain practising being present, the best relationships i have built and continue building happens because i am always as a TED rather than a THING (thanks to Jesse Elder for teaching this little bit of wisdom in my experience!)
Focus on being interesTED in others, than simply wanting to be intriquing, notable and provide your attention, presence and to other people when you communicate, it’s hard, but very worthwhile, particularly if you get this amazing ego. just FYI
So when you practise being in as soon as with your prospects, clients and students, you go through a deeper degree of empathy they can really appreciate. Business grows really fast once you get this. Lesson 7 : Pigs Don’t Know They Stink & Pigs Don’t Fly Too..
Surround yourself with people you would like to end up like. This could be the most valuable words of advice i ever got, you become the common from the 5 people you surround yourself with.
This is actually the fastest way to get the results you need, today i have a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends that are doing pretty much for themselves.
I would like a company like theirs - and so i surround myself using them. I would like to avoid costly mistakes, therefore i surround myself using them.
When you think that you might be hitting a roadblock, employ a mentor, an instructor, an advisor, i’ve been doing this shit for soo many years, it blows my head - that a lot of people don’t get it done.
This can be one of my top biggest secrets man. I just purchase shit i would like to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i know already that” - well should you did, then why aren’t you in which you wish to be…
You’ll continually be learning, therefore i embrace this along time ago. Rather than going thru courses and programs and training (which i still do btw) i find owners and masters of topics i wish to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
And then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.
We have various mentors - that i can contact anytime i want, some of my company mentors include Mike Dillard, Robert Hirsch, David Wood, Matt Lloyd, T.J Roheleder, each one of these guys have built $30million - $150 million+ companies and i'm always one call, one e-mail, one text, one webinar, one Skype message,one fb message from them.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Taught me to be Rich
Spend some time alone. Invest some time in solitude enables you to reboot/restart your brain and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again on your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO much time alone, i don’t find lots of people accomplish that. When i’m alone i'd often walk approximately random strangers, usually seniors and speak to them, provide them with attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they are able to give me.
It makes life easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t give your mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with ourselves with no distractions offers you the opportunity to clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively plus more efficiently. Damn, consider this - this website post is taking me like Three hours to create and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending time alone is really a beautiful thing very few people understand. I know must be lot of people will always inform me - how come you travel alone ? lol.
Since i have travel the world 90% of the time by myself, i'm able to meet strangers, i have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any moment and so i don’t must be lonely if i don’t desire to.
And extremely i really like my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending time alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, without the internet and in “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking comes from, no less than for me anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your thing!)
I go Mosque as much as i will, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - during my college accommodation.
However i always invest some time in deep prayer.
Once i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in life - i really do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i usually do spend some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and get my mojo on

I've met some super-uber smart somebody that has got the best bargain within the corporate world but, they don’t own their greatness in terms of a web business, often getting overwhelmed, quitting too rapidly rather than staying this course till the end.
You will find endless stories of people that had nothing and went ahead and created big empires, study them, learn from them, buy their stuff, go to their events, spend more time with them.

Creating a well toned self esteem increases what you can do to go forward, fail fast, and keep advertising online, you understand internally you are the man and you don’t need anyone’s validation or approval.

However, you must have it in your head ALREADY and live confidently to draw what you would like.
I truly couldn’t give a toss what anyone mentions me, they are doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for lunch.
However these are just people and i also appreciate, respect what they do where they may be at, but this don’t mean i’m any smaller than them. Whenever you come from that place in which you own your greatness and you are in deep appreciation of who you are without all of the “stuff”….
Then you be a little magical ball of awesomeness.
Once i started deciding i will do a few things i want on this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more income for services than other people, altered the landscape for various aspects and helped many individuals get more results compared to other things.
One of the most successful people i am aware also have probably the most quantity of self confidence, self-confidence - you prefer your hair a lot results in self esteem which leads to someone taking more action after which believing on their own after which
When you're aligned together with your highest values you are confident. Confidence is sexy. Confidence attracts people to you that have their shit together.

Hire Just a Players, the old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is what you need to live and eat.
We have probably made more mistakes than i'm able to count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring exactly the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself and also the team during this process, some won’t be growing as fast as you, give them time, nurture them and help them grow so when it’s time - then you can grow apart or have them on.
Although i've generated millions of dollars on this sell for myself, i will tell you i’ve probably lost more because of hiring the wrong people. We have endured a number of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong people who i have hired and i’ve hired many.
Lol.
My new stuff that i learned is to Recruit Talent, rather than Developing it.
You merely gotta smile, learn, embrace this and move forward with the learning’s, i’ve started learning far more about building teams, i am talking about i still generated around $5 Million in sales within the last 4-5 years with a very tiny team - less than 5 people.
They helped to get at stage 1, doesn’t mean they'll help you to get to stage 2. This was challenging, people will not grow as soon as you, and you've got to be happy with that, you gotta be happy with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Over the next 5-7 years, I wish to build various businesses and stay inside the $100million mark. I’ll do that (I’A)

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…
Developing “Thick Skin” is one of the greatest assets you can have in your life and in business, when you are not phased by competition, what others think of you, what others say, whoever they may be, you start and live from your host to owning your greatness.
I welcome criticism / feedback, however it never affects me, people see the entire world since they are much less the world since it is.
My industry, the little Website marketing / Multi-level marketing / Home Business Industry absolutely rocks, it will help people grow into real personal development powerhouses and if anyone really sticks by using it, her potential to help people make millions of dollars.
Oh you will find, its immensely profitable and YES it allows you to produce a true residual income if you really do the work properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists with the multi-level marketing arena.
I see so many will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as a second income or home based business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i make over multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, from one home business opportunity that so many people talked upon.
And knowning that one program, i’ve generated a cool $1.One million in commissions.

At this time i will be the most notable Earner in two different companies - Empower Network + MOBE.
Many people within this industry will look down at MLM’s / Multi-level marketing / Direct selling business models and possess some type of stupid perspective on this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have talked about when they would begin with scratch they would enter the field of Multi-level marketing.
But, returning to the stupid individuals with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad exposure to others marketing for them
2) they joined one when they was young and new and couldn’t make it in to a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I got into this industry and then made my first million because space, i went on to generate millions more OUTSIDE of this space, so again systems work, people fail.
When i was a newbie and i’d follow these so called Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home based businesses etc, it would create a great deal controversy inside of me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t wish to accomplish anything since i felt what is going to my buddies think of me and just what will those big marketers consider me…
Then i basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do things i want
And that’s once i was a millionaire.
I’d just take them out from my entire life, now i ignore them - mainly really his or her words have no impact or no value if you ask me.
AKA i couldn’t provide a shit about the subject.
Each to their personal, and that i respect everyone - i’ll always love the house business industry, if you're within it, don’t quit, don’t stop, learn things that Top Earners do and you will reap the rewards of the greatest dreams.

Ahhh yes, this - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even though they pay it off.

It’s because i’m protective of my best, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my own time a great deal, where i don’t prefer to waste it on whatever doesn’t fulfil me.

It’s funny, now i've some time and i good think everyday in my blessings, which i do what i love everyday, and don’t need to benefit a period of time of even decades, however enjoy my thing, everyday.
Oh returning to the time thing - i see now increasingly more which i enjoy spending time with my children, parents, friends and family. Nothing beats family love.
